The food is delicious and fulfilling. The service is good. Every time I go there, I always order the Seafood Tofu Hotpot non-spicy. This Han Ju Tofu Hot Pot have been at Crystal Mall for over 15 plus years. The first time I ate at this restaurant was back in 2002. Back then, I was only 12 years old, my mother always took me there for lunch. For several years, my mother and I use to be regular customers at this restaurant. I remember throughout my early to late teenage years, before mom and I went grocery shopping together, at Crystal Mall, we often ate there first. As I am writing this review, I am 30 years old, and I still eat at this restaurant from time to time.
Tried the new menu out, really tasty. Good value for the portions. A true classic Crystal Mall restaurant. Been going here for 10 years and it’s always good!
I always get the seafood tofu hotpot. Though not authentic Korean hotpot, it is one of the best noodle soups I’ve ever had. I’ve been coming here for years now and their quality lately has been rising to what it used to be 5 years ago when lines were out the door! I ordered takeout (I always get no rice extra noodle) and they also threw in a free tea! Love this place!
Enjoyed the delicious chicken nuggets appetizer and BBQ pork rice boxes. It's a new owner since we last visited over 1 year ago as the food was going downhill so we are so happy it's so delicious if not better! The servings are good portion and the price is reasonable and in line considering food costs have gone up everywhere since covid. Our server Helen was so nice and friendly making this an ever more pleasant dining experience! We can't wait to return knowing the food is amazing again!
I really like this restaurant it's in a convenient location being right on the corner of Kingsway and Willingdon even though there's not ideal parking on the front, you can literally park directly across the intersection in the massive parking lot for the shopping mall and walk across the crosswalk and be there in a second. I used to come here a long time ago and always order B6 Kimchi beef on rice with tofu and egg and cabbage. Always being very delicious hearty meal. The other day I came back for the first time in a long time decided to get takeout. I noticed there was a sign with new management. The food was ready in five minutes. It was very delicious just as good if not better than the old version although I couldn't tell you what really changed And I would've been devastated if the recipe had been changed so that's awesome. One lady didn't speak English, but the other one spoke perfect English, and they were both very kind giving chocolate to my young autistic son While we waited. It's also funny because I was kicking myself for not ordering a drink as well and then when I got back to my car, I noticed that there was a sealed cold tea in the bag with a straw, which was a very nice appreciated touch. Price has gone up a couple dollars but what place hasn't these days it's more than fair still.
great food. the wonton mala didn’t suit us as we wasn’t very fond of mala. the rest of the menu is very tasty. especially the kimchi pot. wife loved it !!
Very good food and excellent service. The 鹹酥雞 is very good and they have good portion sizes. I would recommend getting the 鹹酥雞.
